The Senior Wildcats, Friday Night

In their last performance at Gerald Prim Stadium, there were a few tears on the part of both students and their parents, as each senior member of the Wildcat Football Team, Wildcat Band, Blue Blazes Drill Team,  SSHS Cheerleaders and Cat Pack, and Student Council Officers, were escorted onto the field by parents, for Senior Night. "I really wasn't expecting it to be so emotional," allowed one of the parents, waiting for her turn to escort her son onto the field. "But, when you think that it will be the last time that he will play in this stadium as a high school athlete, that changes the perspective. It doesn't seem all of that long ago that he was 'dressing up' as a football player to go trick or treating, down the street!"
