It Wasn't A Good Day For The Panthers

The Panthers matched-up against Dodd City Monday night and Dodd City demonstrated that they had the capability to beat the Panthers.

Dodd City came out dominating the first half of the game. The Panthers were struggling and it was hard for them to keep up with the Hornets. In the first half Dodd City took a lead of 28-16. The second part of the game was much different. North Hopkins came out with a more motivated look on their faces and they demonstrated it on the court. It took them a lot of energy and a lot of will power to catch up with the Hornets, but in the end Dodd City came out as the "Big Dogs" and defeated the Panthers 60-40.

Lady Panthers

The Lady Panthers showed an impressive comeback after been behind in the first half 27-13. It seemed that the Lady Panthers were going to lose "big time", but Dodd City let their guard down. In the second half the Lady Panthers finally decided that it was time to step it up and put some points on their score board. It was an intense match as the Lady Panthers started catching up with Dodd City, but time was essential and they came up short. The Lady Panthers lost 43-46.

JV Boys

The Junior Varsity also gave an outstanding performance. They hustled and did everything possible to regain possession of the ball, but Dodd City outdid the Panthers and lost 38-22
