Lady Trojans "Sweep" Weekend's Home Tournament,

With a First Place Trophy

The Lady Trojans kept the first place trophy at home this year, while hosting the 5th Cumby Lady Trojans Volleyball Tournament.  In bracket play, the Cumby Lady Trojans swept Cumby JV 25-6, 25-5, won against Blue Ridge 25-10, 25-17, and swept Lone Oak (2A) in the Championship game 25-22, 25-17, 25-17. Savanah Neal took home top honors, with the Tournament MVP award, voted on by the participating coaches. Laura Oviedo was also honored with an All Tournament Player award.

The Lady Trojan JV team lost to Cumby Varsity, 25-5, 25-6, and to Como Pickton, 25-16, 25-15.
