State Reports Two New COVID-19 Related Fatalies in Hopkins County Over the Weekend

The state dashboard reported two new COVID-19 related deaths in Hopkins County over the weekend. There are now 23 confirmed fatalities reported by the state.

No new cases were reported on by the county on Friday.

There are now 464 total reported cases in Hopkins County and 353 patients are listed as recovered, according to the county. 
Ten patients were hospitalized in the COVID-19 unit at CHRISTUS Mother Frances-Sulphur Springs, as of Friday.

As of 6pm Thursday, October 15, 2020, a total of 1,349 COVID tests have been performed at the testing center located at 128-A Jefferson Street.
