8 New Cases in Hopkins County Reported on October 6th, 2020

Hopkins County Emergency Management announced 8 new cases of COVID-19 in Hopkins County on Tuesday.

There are now 396 total reported cases in Hopkins County and 314 patients are listed as recovered, according to the county. 
Seven patients are currently hospitalized in the COVID-19 unit at CHRISTUS Mother Frances-Sulphur Springs.
The state dashboard is showing a total of thirteen fatalities.

As of pm Monday, October 5th, 2020, a total of 398 COVID tests have been performed at the testing center located at 128-A Jefferson Street.
