A 62 year old Sulphur Springs man was arrested on two counts of Indecency with a Child by Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday.

HCSO Investigator Dennis Findley conducted a voluntary interview with Christopher Lee Vail related to accusations related to the charges above. Charges were filed against Vail due to information obtained during the interview.
Vail was taken into custody and is currently held at Hopkins County Jail.
