State Reports Two New COVID-19 Fatalities in Hopkins County

The state dashboard added two new fatalities for Hopkins County yesterday. The total amount of deaths is now at 7.
There are now 45 active cases in Hopkins County and 193 patients are listed as recovered, according to Hopkins County Emergency Management.

Four patients are currently hospitalized in the COVID-19 unit at CHRISTUS Mother Frances-Sulphur Springs.
The state does not report deaths to local emergency management.
269 tests have been completed at Hopkins County Civic Center as of 5 pm on Wednesday.
