Meet Scrappy, our Sulphur Springs Animal Shelter Pet of the Week. Scrappy was adopted before we could advertise him, but is back at the shelter because he does not like cats. He has been fully vetted and microchipped. Scrappy is a great boy and we hope he finds his forever home soon. Scrappy is getting a bit lonely because he is the only dog available for adoption.
