James “Jack” Jackson Herring Obituary

James Jackson (Jack) Herring Jr. passed away peacefully on June 30, 2020 in Woodstock, GA. He was born in Waco, TX on October 5, 1929, and was the only child of Jack Sr. and Oma. He graduated from Crozier Tech High School in Dallas, TX and proudly served a four year stint in the United States Air Force. He was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by Jimmie, his wife of 71 years. He is also survived by his sons Gregg and his wife Sue and Mark and his wife Olga, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. The family wishes to send their deepest gratitude to the many family members and friends that have expressed their condolences and remembered us in their prayers.
