Two New Confirmed Cases of COVID-19 in Hopkins County Reported on Saturday, June 20th

There are two new confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Hopkins County, according to an announcement from Hopkins County Judge Robert Newsom on Saturday, June 20th.

The Local Health Authority will begin to obtain as much information as possible to protect our community, according to HCEM. The patients are self-isolating at home.

There are 28 active cases of COVID-19 in Hopkins County. 20 of the 48 confirmed cases that have been reported in Hopkins County are listed as recovered.

There is one coronavirus-related death being reported in Hopkins County on the state’s case tracking website. This death has not been confirmed as COVID-19 related by the Local Health Authority.
