Deputies were aware of a stolen wrecker out of Greenville when they stopped at Commerce Sand and Gravel in Sulphur Springs yesterday evening and observed a green wrecker parked there.

Deputies spoke to Dalton Eugene Tucker of Quinlan and Daniel Allen Saulters of Terrell on site. Tucker allegedly admitted to driving the wrecker and Saulters admitted to being in it.

Saulters allegedly told the officers that he knew the wrecker was stolen and had traveled with Tucker for the last two days in it.

A records check confirmed the wrecker was stolen out of Greenville and both men were placed into custody. They were transported to Hopkins County Jail and charged with Theft Against Elderly between $30,000 and $150,000.
