18 Year Old Sulphur Springs Man Dies After Car He Was Working Underneath Falls Off Jack

An 18 year old Sulphur Springs man died yesterday when he was working on a car and the car fell off of the jack onto him.

Darrell Puckett was reportedly working on the car in his yard on a residence off of FM 1567. The yard was muddy and the jack moved in the mud according to officials. His girlfriend went to check on him and found him deceased.
Puckett was pronounced dead at the scene by Justice of the Peace BJ Teer.
