Education:

Healthy Heart Lunch & Learn

We are excited to host the second annual Health Heart Lunch and Learn on Thursday, February 20, 2020 from noon to 1 pm at the Plaza Conference Room located at 113 Airport Rd.  [The conference room is the first door on the right when you enter the building.]  The event will feature departments of the hospital dedicated to heart patients, as well as speaker Dr. V. Ram Aligeti, Cardiologist, who will educate on how to maintain a healthy heart, and what heart services we are capable right here in Sulphur Springs.  A light lunch will be served, and we will follow up with a tour of our hospital Cath Lab.  Anyone is welcome to join!

Out of caution for our patients:

CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital Sulphur Springs is prepared for any active cases of coronavirus that may come through our clinics/hospital.  All of our infection prevention practices will be effective for not only the Novel Coronavirus, but also for our influenza transmission prevention.  Per CDC guidelines, if you have traveled to China recently or have had close contact with a person known to have the 2019 –nCoV (Coronavirus) illness AND are experiencing fever or symptoms of lower respiratory illness-cough or shortness of breath then contact your primary care physician for further guidance.

Please note:  Influenza remains the highest risk to our patients and communities at this time.
