Armed Suspect Robs Sulphur Springs Convenience Store at Gunpoint Sunday Night

An armed masked man reportedly robbed the Family Mart convenience store at 1601 Main St. in Sulphur Springs on Sunday night.

According to Sulphur Springs Police Department, an approximately 6’1″ white male entered the store at 6:20 pm last night. He was reportedly wearing a dark hoodie, dark pants, and a camouflage face mask. He pointed a gun at the cashier and demanded the money from the cash register. The cashier gave the suspect the money and the suspect fled the store on foot in an unknown direction.
