Winnsboro Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 17 year old Bianca Mooney. Mooney is reportedly missing from Franklin County.

She was last seen at her home in Franklin County at 1:30 a.m. on Sunday. She’s approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds.
