Sushi Guy Expanding Menu and Rebranding as ‘Modern American Adventure Kitchen’

Sushi Guy in downtown Sulphur Springs is rebranding to become ‘Modern American Adventure Kitchen’. They will still be serving the sushi they’re known for but they’re expanding their menu to include a wider variety of servings.

They want to create a place where people can share an adventure and share an amazing meal with food to cater to everyone. New foods will include Asian fusion tacos, burgers, Korean pulled pork sandwiches, and more.

The changeover to Modern American Adventure Kitchen will happen in the next few weeks.
