Hopkins County 4-H Member Rylie Carroll Excels at State Fair

Rylie Carroll, Hopkins County 4-H member, recently participated in the State Fair Agribusiness Public Speaking Contest and came home with honors. From 38 youth in her division, the top 4 were asked to speak again, which were then narrowed down to the top 2 for the finals. Rylie received Overall Reserve Grand Champion in her age division, and was Division Champion in Junior Agribusiness. She is the daughter of Tammy and Dan Jones, and the granddaughter of Grace Teel.
