Graveside service for L.D. Caldwell, age 96, of Denton, TX will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Peerless Cemetery with Buddy Wiggins officiating. Visitation will be held at Murray-Orwosky Funeral Home from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, September 26, 2019. Mr. Caldwell passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2019 in Denton, TX.
L.D. was born on November 22, 1922 in Peerless, Texas to Wesley and Ida Caldwell. L.D. He was a retired farmer and of the Baptist faith.
He is survived by his sister, June Caldwell Littlefield; nieces, Janice Smith and Joy Pierce; and nephew, Lee McCleskey.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother-in-law, C.M. Littlefield.
