Funeral service for Irma Lee “Armie” Wade, age 77, of Sulphur Springs, will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 12, 2019 at Morning Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with Dr. Harold Nash and Rev. Chris Spivey officiating. Interment will follow at 3:30 p.m. at Love Chapel Cemetery in Hughes Springs, TX with Barry Wade, Larry Wade Jr., Brett Wade, Tylar Hunter, Troy Sephus, and Wardell Hatten serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, September 11, 2019 at West Oaks Funeral Home. Armie passed away September 5, 2019 at Carriage House Manor. She was born on August 14, 1942 in Hughes Springs, the daughter of Lee Andrew and Josie Berdine Denmark. She was a member of Morning Chapel Missionary Baptist Church and an active member of  the Mattie Randolph Sunday school class, was a member of the Season Saints and of the usher staff #5. She is survived by sons, Larry J. Wade, Jr. and Barry Wade and wife Gabrela, daughters, Marrion Wade and Denise Campbell, brother, James Denmark and wife Barbara, nine grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, nine brothers, and two sisters. Arrangements are under the direction of West Oaks Funeral Home. www.westoaksfuneralhome.com
