The movie theater in Sulphur Springs, Trans Texas Theater, will be closed until mid-November for a remodel.

A representative at the theater told us that the theater has been sold to a new owner and will be re-named upon opening. The remodel will include installing recliner seating, upgraded screens, new sound equipment, and more.
The new name of the theater will be Bright Star Cinemas.
