Daily Devotional from The Way Bible Church for September 5th, 2019

Have you ever made stew, or something similar that involves several ingredients? If so, you know that before you get to the finished product you must have the ingredients. The meat, potatoes, tomatoes, corn, onion, and any other ingredients or seasonings that make your stew what it needs to be must be in place to complete the recipe. However, it can’t be called a stew until all those different ingredients have been added. It would be silly for you to stand over the pot of billing water, with all of the ingredients already cut up and prepared and get mad because your stew just isn’t ready yet. You have to place the ingredients in the water before they can become stew. As simple as it is to make stew, your breakthrough or miracle is just as simple to obtain. Jesus has already provided every ingredient you need to see your breakthrough come to pass. He’s already stocked your kitchen full of the all the good things that are required to complete the recipe for your miracle. All you have to do is start adding them to your life. If you need mercy, grace, power, forgiveness, joy, or peace His cabinets are stocked full of all of them. What do you need to see your breakthrough come to pass?
