The Hopkins County Ponytails All-Star Team finished in second place at at the Dixie Softball World Series held at Coleman Park last week. They staved off elimination on the final night of the World Series with a 6-4 win over undefeated Alabama. The win forced a winner take all championship game. The Hopkins County girls took a tough 13-3 loss in game two against Alabama. Check out pictures of the team in action in the gallery below!
