DPS Arrests Husband and Wife for DWI on Saturday Night After They Crash Their Vehicles Into Each Other

A husband and wife from Sulphur Springs were arrested for Driving While Intoxicated after reportedly crashing their vehicles into each other.

DPS Troopers responded to reports of an accident around midnight on the I-30 service road near the 131 mile marker. Both husband and wife admitted to drinking prior to the accident.

The wife blew a 0.115 on the breathalyzer twice. The husband blew a 0.134 and 0.129. The legal limit on a breathalyzer test is .08.

They were both arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated.
