Charles Tucker, with Troop 442 of Wylie, recently completed his Eagle Scout project at Cooper Lake State Park South Sulphur Unit – Texas Parks and Wildlife! He installed 5 monofilament recycling stations between the South Sulphur and Doctors Creek Units of the park. Park staff can now use these stations to teach park visitors about caring for the environment by picking up and recycling their fishing line. “We appreciate his genuine love of parks and willingness to help make the world a better place through his actions.” Said Cooper Lake SP Assistant Superintendent Josh Crawford. “It was a pleasure to work with Charles Tucker.”
