Saltillo Lions Cross Country Teams Compete at State Cross Country Meet. Boys Team Wins 3rd Place. Garrett Tarver Wins 3rd Place in Individual Meet.

The Saltillo Lions Cross Country team competed at the state meet in Round Rock this weekend and finished 3rd overall as a team. Garrett Tarver finished in 3rd place overall in individual competition.

The Saltillo Lady Lions competed at the state meet in Round Rock for the 5th year in a row. Coach Colton Smith said, “I am proud of their hard work, dedication, and mental toughness. They competed well, many of them broke personal records, and represented the school well.”
