Sulphur Springs City Council Holding Special Meeting on August 14th to Discuss Tax Increase Proposal and 2018-2019 Budget

A special meeting of the Sulphur Springs City Council will be held at 6:00p.m. on Tuesday, August 14, 2018 in the Council Room at 201 North Davis.  The following items will be discussed:

1. Pledge and invocation.

2. Discussions on proposed fiscal year 2018-19 budget.

3. Discussion/action on motion to place a proposal to increase total tax revenue on the September 4, 2018, City Council meeting agenda and to schedule two (2) public hearings for the proposed tax increase.

4. Adjourn.
